Food Friday!

It is easy to make your own hummus. This way you can make it without oil. For a bit of liquid put in some of the liquid from canned chickpeas. I often use jar roasted red peppers and will put some of that liquid in as well (as long as they are not in oil!). Use what you like!

I am offering a class exploring the effect of food on your heart and heart disease. It will be virtually on Thursday, Sept. 7 at 7:00 pm ET. Registration is under the purchase tab on this website. It will also be offered in person at Polaris Career Center in Middleburg Hts., OH on Tuesday, Sept. 12 at 6:30 pm. Registration is on the Polaris Career Center website in their adult education and personal interest section.
