Free Wellness Walk and Talk!
Join us for the last free Walk and Talk of the year! Monday, Sept. 26 at Bonnie Park in Strongsville, OH from 6:00- 7:30 pm. Meet in the picnic pavilion near the parking lot. We will begin by talking about ways to strengthen your immune system. The discussion will continue as we walk the park path. You may be surprised at what can help you stay healthy!
