Live Long Live Well (virtual class): Do you want to live to 100? Do you want to have a long “health span?” During this class you will look at the populations where this is the norm to see what habits influence this outcome. Then you will learn to apply them to your life. You will leave with information that can reduce your risk of disease and enable you to live a long life outside of a care home.

Join like minded people for an evening of health conversation while connecting with others and getting out and moving. Bring a friend ! Bring your dog (people and other dog friendly)! Food on Friday
Rhubarb……Do you know rhubarb is really a vegetable? It's stalks are tart so it pairs well with sweets, such as apples, blackberries, honey, raspberries, vanilla, and strawberries. Choose firm red stalks. It's season is spring through mid Summer although it's growth slows. Just don't eat the leaves because they have a potentially toxic chemical in them. Enjoy!
