Upcoming Walk and Talk- Laughter Yoga- July 18

We all know how great it feels to laugh! Did you know that laughter improves not only your mental and emotional health, but also your physical health? Research has shown that laughter diminishes depression, reduces blood pressure, and improves lung health just to name a few of the many benefits. During this walk, you’ll learn about the health benefits of laughter, participate in some lighthearted laughter activities and discuss easy ways to bring more laughter and lightheartedness into your life!

Come join us on Monday, July 18 at 6:30 pm. We will meet at the pavilion at Bonnie Park in Strongsville, OH. Christine with Lighten Up & Flourish will help us discover what Laughter Yoga is all about.
